Résumé
L’outil spectral maculaire s’est montré hautement discriminant et a permis de trouver une position taxonomique claire aux populations araniformes à floraison précoce de la façade atlantique. Tous les eu-ophrys possédant une macule basée sur le même plan fondamental d’organisation, il est légitime d’envisager l’application de l’outil spectral maculaire à l’énigmatique population fucifloroïde à floraison tardive de l’Estuaire de la Gironde. Les résultats ont dépassé toute espérance. L’Ophrys de l’Estuaire doit être rapproché sans la moindre équivoque d’ Ophrys fuciflora et non pas d’ Ophrys aegirtica.

Abstract
The macular spectral tool was highly discriminating and found a clear taxonomic position for the early flowering araniform populations of the Atlantic coast. Since all eu-ophrys possess a macule based on the same fundamental plan of organization, it is legitimate to consider the application of the macular spectral tool to the enigmatic late-blooming fucifloroid population of the Gironde Estuary. The results have exceeded all expectations. The Ophrys of the Estuary must be unequivocally attached to Ophrys fuciflora and not to Ophrys aegirtica.
